Stuart MacLeod, President and CEO, is pleased to announce the following changes to the executive team.
Louise King, CAIB (Hons)
After 46 years at MacLeod Lorway, Louise King, Chief Operating Officer, is retiring December 21, 2017. A native of Little Pond, Louise now resides in Long Island with her husband, Kim. They have two children and four children. Her enormous contribution to the company is immeasurable. She will continue to serve on the Board of Directors.
Scott Huntington, Vice President Commercial, has been elected Chairman of our Board of Directors. Scott has worked at MacLeod Lorway Insurance since 1989 and has five years prior experience in the insurance industry. Scott is a native of Sydney and resides in Sydney River with his wife Michelle and their two girls.

John Pino has been appointed Vice President, Eastern Operations and Industry Relations. Offices in Sydney, Glace Bay, North Sydney and Baddeck will report to him. John has worked with the MacLeod Lorway Group since 1994. John is a native of Coxheath. He now resides in Sydney with his wife Cora Lee and their 2 daughters.
Jennifer MacLeod has been appointed Vice President, Western Operations and Marketing. Offices in Dartmouth, Kentville, New Glasgow, Guysborough and Port Hawkesbury will report to her. Jennifer joined MacLeod Lorway in 2006. A native of Sydney, she works in Bedford where she lives with her husband Larry and their son, Davis and their daughter, Lauren.
